Trail Brakes – Biking Holidays

website – Trailbrakes offer the most flexible, hassle-free way to enjoy the Sustrans C2C, Coast & Castles, Hadrian’s Cycleway and the Reivers Routes. We are a small, friendly company based close to all 4 routes, providing fantastic tailor-made cycling trips. Just choose the dates for your trip and we’ll do the rest! For groups of two or more people we can provide any or all of the following: Self-guided trips, full support, vehicle back up, baggage transfers, bike hire, return transport, accommodation from budget to luxury and comprehensive maps, directions and advice. We also have our very own ‘Off Road C2C’ for anyone up for a mountain bike challenge!

ECOCABS

website – We’ll handle transfers of bags, bikes and you at any point along the route. We have a fleet of biodiesel cars and minibuses plus bike trailers, so we’re ideally placed to handle groups (we can cater for a maximum of 70 and a minimum of one!). Buses comprise 8 seaters, 16 seaters and a luxury Mercedes Sprinter. Trailers are for 8,14 and 20 bikes.

Your full C2C concierge service

We offer everything a C2C cyclist could need, including full accommodation, transfers to and from the start of each leg with our large bike trailer, 2 meals a day, with 2 pubs located a mile away for evening meals, showers and toilet facilities, and full technical and back-up support with bike maintenance and storage facilities. We are located just 1 mile from route 7 the C2C, roughly towards the end of the average first leg at the base of the Pennines in the beautiful Eden Valley. We offer full flexibility and endeavour to make your C2C trip as hassle-free as possible.

Cycle Transport North East

website -  is a bicycle transport service from a licensed tour and taxi operator. We can transport bicycles, cyclists and your luggage to any chosen destination. Local pick-ups can be arranged in the Tyne & Wear area. For those of you arriving by ferry we can arrange pick-ups at the DFDS terminal. Collections can also be arranged from most areas. The Bike Bus

website – tel: 01207 237424 – fax: 01207 233233 – A taxi & coach operator based in Stanley, County Durham who offer a service to transport any number of passengers from 1 to 53 cyclists, bicycles, & luggage along any part of the C2C route. They also offer a rescue service, where by will collect a member of a party who is injured, or who have a problem with their bicycle.
